Rania Elhomsany is the Founder and CEO of Butterfly Child Care – the UAE’s first parent-and-child-focused agency and a one-stop shop providing comprehensive family support services across the UAE.
She holds a Bachelor of Education in English and a Master’s degree in Methodology, along with numerous professional certifications related to child care, including Health and Safety, Childhood Protection, Childhood Development Skills, BLS (Basic Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support).
In addition, Rania is certified in TOT (Training of Trainers) and serves as the Co-Director of Training and Psychological Health Consulting, where she contributes her expertise in educational development and psychological well-being.
With over 21 years of experience across universities, schools, and nursery management, Rania brings extensive leadership and educational expertise to the field of child care and family services.
She strongly believes that quality child care is essential in supporting both parents and children. By creating well-structured schedules and nurturing environments, she ensures children grow in a happy, healthy, and safe atmosphere—while parents enjoy peace of mind and meaningful family time.
